- Activation requires both a **Portal URL** and your device's unique **MAC Address**, which you must send to us first.

Install & Open The App
First, download the correct APK for your device from the links above and install the STB Emulator application. Then, open the app.
Create a New Profile
Open the app's menu (top-right corner or menu button on remote) and navigate to Settings → Profiles. Select Add profile on the right side.
Find Your MAC Address
Select your new profile, then go to STB Configuration. Your unique MAC address is listed here. It will be in the format:
00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX
Send MAC Address & Wait for Activation
Copy this complete MAC address and email it to our support team. Crucially, you must wait for our confirmation email stating that your service has been activated before proceeding.
Enter The Portal URL
After receiving activation confirmation, go back into your profile settings. Navigate to Portal settings and click on Portal URL. Enter the unique URL we provided in the activation email and click OK.
Activate Profile & Reload
Exit back to the main app screen. Open the menu, select your new profile to make it active, then open the menu again and select Reload portal. The channel list should now load.
Troubleshooting
If you see an error message like "STB is blocked. Call the provider", it means that the MAC address has not yet been activated in our system. Please double-check the MAC address and ensure you have received our activation email before trying to reload the portal.
