Troubleshooting
- "Invalid username or password"? Carefully re-type your details from our email. Check for typos, extra spaces, and ensure you are using the Xtream Codes API details, not your website login.
- Channels Not Loading? After adding your user, go to the app's main dashboard and click "Refresh TV Guide" or "Update Channels" to force a data refresh.
- Constant Buffering? Restart your device and your internet router. If the problem persists, try connecting your device with an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection.
