IPTV MAG Box Setup Guide
For MAG 254, 256, 322, 324 & other Infomir Devices.
Important: Before You Start
MAG boxes use a unique hardware identifier called a **MAC Address** to connect to IPTV services. Your service must be activated on our end before the portal will work.
You MUST send us your MAC address first to activate your subscription or trial.
Setup Instructions
Find Your MAC Address
Your MAC address is a unique 12-character code. It is usually found on a sticker on the bottom of your MAG box. It must be in the following format:

Send Us Your MAC Address for Activation
Email this complete MAC address to our support team. Please wait for our confirmation email stating that your MAG box has been activated before proceeding to the next step.
Access The Inner Portal
After receiving confirmation from us, connect your MAG box to the TV and internet. Reboot the device. When the "Loading" screen appears, press the "SETUP" or "GEAR" icon button on your remote control to enter the settings menu (the Inner Portal).
Enter Server Settings
Navigate to System Settings → Servers → Portals.
Enter Portal URL
In the Portal 1 Name field, type IRELANDIPTV
.
In the Portal 1 URL field, enter the unique Portal URL that we sent you in the activation email. Ensure you type it exactly as provided.
Save and Reboot
Press "OK" to save the settings. Then, press the "EXIT" key on your remote several times to go back to the System Settings menu. Select the "Reboot Device" option. After the box restarts, our IPTV portal should load automatically.
Troubleshooting
If you see an error message like "Page loading error" or "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider", it means that the MAC address entered is incorrect or has not yet been activated in our system. Please double-check the MAC address on your device and contact us immediately with the correct one.
