Smart IPTV (SIPTV) App Setup Guide
For Samsung/LG Smart TVs & Amazon Fire TV Stick
Before You Begin
- The 'Smart IPTV' app is a third-party application. It is free to try for 7 days.
- After the trial period, the app developer requires a **one-time activation fee** of €5.49 per device, paid directly to them through their website. This fee is for the app only, not for our IPTV service.
- This setup process requires your TV's unique **MAC Address**.
Setup Instructions
Download "Smart IPTV" App
Go to your TV's App Store (Samsung Apps, LG Content Store, etc.), search for the "Smart IPTV" app, and install it on your device.
Find Your TV MAC Address
Open the newly installed app. On the main screen, you will see your TV MAC Address. Write it down carefully. It is a 12-character code, like:
ab:cd:ef:12:34:56
Visit the SIPTV Upload Page
On a computer or phone, open a web browser and go to the official playlist upload page for the app:
Enter Your Details
On the website, you will see a section titled "Add external playlist links (URLs)".
1. In the MAC field, enter the TV MAC Address you wrote down in Step 2.
2. In the Link field, paste the unique M3U Playlist URL (the link containing your channels) that we provided to you via email.
Upload Your Playlist
Ensure the "Keep online" checkbox is ticked. Then, click the "Add Link" button to upload the playlist to your TV.
Restart the App
Go back to your TV and restart the "Smart IPTV" app. Your playlist from IRELANDIPTV should now be loaded and ready to watch.
Troubleshooting
- "No Playlist Uploaded" or Channels are Empty? Go back to the SIPTV website (Step 3) and re-upload your M3U link, making sure there are no typos.
- "Check Playlist URL" Message? This means the M3U link you entered is incorrect. Please copy and paste it carefully from our email.
- App says "Trial Expired"? This means the 7-day free trial from the app developer has ended. You must visit their website to pay the one-time activation fee to continue using the app.
